Our next outing, subject to a take up 0f 25 [but limited to a party of 27 ] will be a conducted
tour of the Royal Mint, near Swansea on 17 October. Priced at £30pp [£10 deposit due]
inclusive of coach and admission, it will leave Newent at 8:45 returning
around 5.30. It is suggested that lunch should be taken at the Mint.
In the afternoon, we will stop off at Cardiff where there is a museum with
a fine art gallery and, of course, the renowned Castle. Shops are just a short stroll away.
